Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards, ensuring food is always fresh, safe, and of the highest quality
- Consistently deliver completed meals in under 30 seconds while maintaining accuracy and presentation
- Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures with excellence and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
- Stock, rotate, and manage inventory to ensure readiness during all hours of operation
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency while staying focused on quality and attention to detai
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment that may include exposure to heat, cold, and kitchen equipment
