- Full-time - 32 hours per week
- Part-time - 15 hours per week

Back of House Kitchen Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Prep cold food, salads, sandwiches, and other items daily.
- Keep the kitchen clean and orderly
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director
- Uphold "core values" of the business
- Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Anything else your manager assigns
- Must be 16 or older to apply
Compensation: At Chick-fil-A Kenersville, our goal is to provide fair compensation for all employees as well as clear advancement opportunities for Team Members who demonstrate leadership potential. Starting pay breakdown:
- Back of House Team Members: $12 - $15 per hour.
