A person in this position works in the Back of the House and is responsible for following procedures to prepare food products for customers maintaining the highest level of quality and cleanliness. Specific responsibilities include fileting/breading chicken, frying chicken and waffle fries, maintaining good presentation of food products, and cleaning/sanitizing food prep areas. Back of the House Team Members must ensure Front of the House Team Members have the food products they need to serve our guests with speedy, quality service.
