About the position:

Our Back of House team is an essential part to our commitment to quality. Prepping, cooking, preparing, and ALWAYS presenting outstanding food. This is the main responsibility of our Back of House team. Our high standards guarantee remarkable guest experiences that will make them want to return!

In addition, the back of the house staff performs a combination of duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment in clean and orderly condition according to OSHA and food safety regulations. Some of those duties include: Stocking, FIFO inventory, quality control, and control of food produce, special cleaning tasks, organization, and preparation of all of the items offered in our menu.

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and potentially lift heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

This is an opportunity for energetic and fast paced individuals with great multitasking skills!

Work experience is not required; Training is provided on site for all of the procedures and policies required to work in the Kitchen.
