We're looking for our next exceptional Back-of-House (BOH) Team Members!
As a BOH Team Member, you will support the kitchen team by assembling food orders quickly and accurately for front counter, curbside, drive-thru, and catering/delivery, maintain restaurant cleanliness (inside and outside), observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving others. Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude, great communication skills, and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
