As a Back of House Shift Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. Position Type: Full-time and Part-time; weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Oversee the production of high-quality, craveable food and beverages.
- Coach your team to deliver fast and accurate service while ensuring genuine hospitality.
- Execute daily leadership tasks to drive operational excellence and team morale.
