Back of House (BOH) Shift Lead – Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place
Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place is looking for a motivated and dependable Back of House (BOH) Shift Lead to join our leadership team! As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in creating a positive work environment, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring that our team delivers quality food with speed, accuracy, and care.
Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Shift Availability: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (must have full availability for one of these shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Lead BOH team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Model and maintain Chick-fil-A’s high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Support and coach team members to maximize performance and teamwork
- Monitor food preparation, portioning, and kitchen flow to meet demand and uphold quality
- Communicate clearly with the Front of House (FOH) team to ensure timely service
- Assist with opening/closing responsibilities as scheduled
- Uphold and enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with Chick-fil-A policies
Qualifications:
- Prior kitchen or food service leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed)
- ServSafe Certification (preferred, not required)
