Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage back of house operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Develop and mentor team members to foster growth and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory management and food preparation processes.
• Ensure the restaurant products and stock is organized at all times.
• Understand food cost, waste, and what needs to improve.
• Partners with leadership team to accomplish goals.
• Creates systems for the workplace and looks for opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site with weekend availability.
