The Assistant Director of Operations role is primarily responsible for overseeing the strategies and processes to grow sales and to facilitate an exceptional Back of House Culture - Focusing on food quality, food safety, and speed of service, while maintaining high levels of hospitality for all guests. Requirements/Responsibilities: The responsibility of an Assistant Director of BOH is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.

Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other back of house restaurant job is preferred, but not required.
REQUIREMENTS
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
