Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Maintain a cheerful and positive attitude while serving guests
- Create emotional connections through smiles, eye contact, and friendly communication
- Be consistent, reliable, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Multitask efficiently while delivering thorough and attentive service
- Be able to stand for several hours and lift 10-65 lbs as needed
- Communicate effectively in English and support the restaurant’s vision and values
Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age with reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
- Prior experience is a plus, but not required—enthusiasm and a positive mindset are key!
