Chick-fil-A is hiring Team Members! All training will be done in-house through our orientation and training program. We are hiring immediately for FOH part-time positions for all dayparts. We look forward to meeting with interested candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the POS at the front counter or outside in the drive-thru, taking orders with speed and accuracy
- Look for opportunities to stock and clean when not serving guests
- Assist in other front-of-house positions, such as running food, monitoring the dining room, preparing drinks and desserts, and serving guests at the window
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items to answer guest questions and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant by following cleaning procedures and completing assigned tasks
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 18
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable using a POS system and working outside
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with coworkers
