What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager on Duty/Front End Supervisor position at Chick-fil-A Western Center Blvd?
The Manager on Duty will supervise all front-end staff and perform administrative tasks assigned by the store manager. The MOD will close the store on some nights and ensure we are ready for opening.

- Oversee the daily workflow of the front-end staff.
- Lead the store in all corporate assigned programs and policies.
- Recommends discipline and termination of employees by partnering with their Store Management as needed and in accordance with policy.
- Ensures consistent, efficient, pleasant customer experiences; resolves any customer service issues, complaints, or requests.
- Assist with all closing and opening duties to ensure the store is ready for business.
- Continually trains and supports front-end staff and cash office procedures.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the front-end, bathrooms and parking lot.
- Ensures all front-end supplies and Ice are full.
- Performs other related duties as required.Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional customer service and managerial skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in customer service, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the supermarket.
