The Director of Quality Experience is responsible for creating remarkable guest experiences by building strong teams and leading operational excellence.

This is a full-time leadership role (40 hours/week) focused on food quality, food safety, team development, and shift execution in a fast-paced Chick-fil-A environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily kitchen operations
• Ensure excellent food quality, speed, cleanliness, and food safety
• Coach and develop leaders and team members
• Create a strong, positive team culture
• Maintain operational systems, inventory, and shift accountability
• Drive results through leadership, coaching, and execution
• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards and guest experience expectations
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Preferred

• Chick-fil-A leadership experience
• ServSafe Certification
• Experience leading and developing teams
  
  

Schedule Expectations

• 40 hours/week
• Mix of day and evening shifts
• Rotating Saturdays
• Open and close responsibilities
