Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply San Antonio Distribution Center in Selma TX. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7 AM to 530PM until the work is done

• 4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days)
• The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Efficiency and Organization You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
• Safety First Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
• Communication and Care Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with.
• Additional Opportunities and Professional Development Other duties and growth opportunities may also be assigned.
• Extreme Temperature Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (-10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
• Heavy Weights Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
• Education High School Diploma or GED
• Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus.
