Job Description
You will oversee the business from a high level. The directors in the restaurant are responsible for:
- Executing daily operations.
- Coaching and developing the team.
- Strategically growing sales.
- Uniquely challenging the status quo to improve the business.
Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of restaurant/Chick-fil-A experience
- Has led teams.
- Can speak to business
- Ability to manage payroll
