The Brand Ambassador is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening brand presence, and building meaningful community relationships across all three of our restaurant locations. The manager will execute marketing initiatives, lead community engagement efforts, and create memorable guest experiences both in-store and throughout the local area. This role plays a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Chick-fil-A's products and services and drive sales. Position Type: Part -Time (25 hours per week); Flexible scheduling outside of required events. Reports to our Senior Director and works with the restaurant Director Teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Brand Growth
The Brand Ambassador is responsible for creating strategies for driving transactions to our Chick-fil-A restaurants. The manager will form relationships with local business, schools, churches, etc. in our respective trade area and activate tactics of engagement. These responsibilities will include fund raising, mining for catering opportunities, and coordinating in store/on-site events for guests (family/children leaning).
Customer Connections
The manager with create Moments to show appreciation, care, and Surprise & Delight. These moments will need to be created within the restaurant through Second Mile Service in the dining room and the drive thru, sampling new and existing products, interactive events and cow appearances. Moments will be created outside of the restaurant, in the community, using Cow Appearances, processing donation requests, golf outings/fall festivals and always looking for opportunities to engage at community events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to build and maintain community relationships
A passion for delivering genuine hospitality and embracing Chick-fil-A’s Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy
Sales or event planning / activation is a plus
Computer Skills / creative design / Microsoft basics (word / excel / slides)
