Responsibilities:
- Food Prep of cold and hot fast food menu items.
- Assist as a dishwasher and with kitchen maintenance.
- Learning all FOH and BOH positions in the restaurant.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assemble and present food as ordered.
Qualifications and Skills:
- No experience required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Works well in a hot, noisy and fast paced environment.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently.
- Tattoos on the hand, neck, face, or behind the ears are not permitted.

REQUIREMENTS
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
