Job Requirements:
- 38–45 hours per week (Full-Time)
- Available 5 days a week, including Fridays and Saturdays
- On your feet 8–10 hours per day
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds (trucks, supplies, equipment)
- Comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment
- High-energy, solutions-focused mindset
Core Responsibilities:
- Hand-breading chicken to Chick-fil-A standards
- Preparing produce and assembling salads
- Cooking and preparing food with accuracy and speed
- Unloading delivery trucks and organizing supplies
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment
- Performing trash runs and keeping the kitchen safe and clean
- Operating Hours: We are open 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM.
- Openers arrive at 5:30 AM to prepare for the day.
- Closers finish by 10:30 PM after all responsibilities are complete.
