Job Description

Our Team Leads are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Team Leads' three main areas of focus are leading excellent shifts when needed, tracking operational systems while leading by example and setting the tone that others will follow, and manage assigned area of the business during a shift with excellence!

Responsibilities:
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Tracking operational systems
- Assigning Team Coordinators task to ensure shift is running smoothly
- Own assigned area of focus/responsibilities during shift
- Finding coverage for employee call offs
- Run shift independently when needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Available to work Friday and Saturday on a weeklybasis
- 20 hours of availability
- Must have either opening or closing availability for all shifts
- Available to work all major holidays if needed
- Grit and willingness togrowStrong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, or team lead is a plus but is not required
