Role Description The Front of House Team Member is a full-time, on-site role located in Columbus, GA, focused on delivering friendly, efficient service to guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders at the counter or drive-thru, accurately processing payments, and ensuring food is served quickly and correctly. Team Members help maintain a clean and organized dining area, restock supplies, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards. This role also involves communicating clearly with kitchen and other front-of-house team members, assisting with guest inquiries, and resolving concerns in a professional manner. Front of House Team Members are expected to follow restaurant procedures, support team goals, and embody Chick-fil-A’s hospitality standards during every shift.
Qualifications

- Interpersonal Skills and Interpersonal Communication abilities to work effectively with guests and team members.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to support basic Presentations or guest interactions when needed.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Reliability in maintaining scheduled hours, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Team-oriented mindset, with willingness to learn, take direction, and support others.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills; prior experience in food service or retail is helpful but not required.
