Role Description The Closing Food Service Leader is a full-time, on-site role located in Wausau, WI, responsible for overseeing restaurant operations during evening and closing shifts. This role coordinates team member activities to ensure accurate order fulfillment, food quality, cleanliness, and a safe environment. The Closing Food Service Leader supports and models exceptional guest service, responds to guest concerns, and helps maintain a friendly, efficient dining experience. Daily responsibilities include delegating tasks, monitoring food safety and closing checklists, securing the restaurant, and ensuring all closing procedures are completed on time. The role also assists with training, coaching, and supporting team members to uphold Chick-fil-A standards and operational excellence.

- Demonstrated supervisory skills, including the ability to lead shift teams, delegate tasks, and provide clear direction.
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to resolve concerns and create a positive guest experience.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, leaders, and guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in training and supporting team members to meet quality, safety, and service standards.
- Previous food service, hospitality, or retail leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to work evening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
