Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Act as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to Chick-fil-A values.
- Team Supervision: Oversee team members during shifts, providing guidance, support, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure each guest is met with Chick-fil-A's signature hospitality by delivering outstanding service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Shift Organization: Schedule breaks, assign tasks, and manage shift transitions smoothly, ensuring adequate coverage and operational flow.
- Training and Development: Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills, foster teamwork, and create a positive work environment.
- Quality Control: Monitor product quality, presentation, and portion control to maintain consistency and exceed guest expectations.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all health, safety, and sanitation standards are upheld to create a safe work environment.
- Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively address any issues that arise during the shift, from guest complaints to operational challenges.

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous restaurant experience, preferably previous Chick-fil-A work experience
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain and lead a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
