Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders and retail purchases in a fast-paced environment
- Operate POS systems to process cash, credit card, and mobile transactions accurately
- Prepare and assemble food items following safety standards and company procedures
- Upsell menu items and retail products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
- Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely service while adhering to food handling safety protocols
- Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation and support overall kitchen operations when needed
Experience
- Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and maintaining sanitation standards
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle cash register operations confidently
- Experience in retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation regulations within the food industry
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
