- Participate in day to day operational activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
- Passionate for delivering excellent service to the guests and creating a positive environment for team members.
- Ensure quality and safety of food.
- Working with your team to implement new ideas/policies.
- Will open or close, and lead shifts.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate leadership skills that include coaching, directing, and motivating your team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Able to thrive in an environment with little supervision and in a team setting.
- Must be guest centered and have a servant heart.
- 2 years of Leadership experience.
