Benefit Summary
Closed on Sunday, Free Uniform (shirt and pants), Health Insurance Eligibility for full-time Team Members, 1 free meal per 4-hour shift, Free visits with in-house Chaplain.
Summary of Job Responsibilities
This full-time position works in partnership with Human Resources Specialist and Manager.
Payroll Process
Manage Team Member requested punch edits, daily
Perform daily audits of punches and breaks and complete necessary documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
Manage break attestation process, daily
Manage punch edit audit process
Mange and complete punch verification process by payday, each pay period.
Ensure all Team Members receive all required reporting including W-2s.
Compliance Support
Manage compliance training including but not limited Food Handler Cards, Team Member Anniversaries, Work Permits, Regulatory training, Delivery Driver DMV records as required by policy and any other required audits
Manage the renewal process of Team Member compliance documentation.
Manage COVID notification and posting process.
Additional Human Resources Support
Prepare new hire files, paperwork and uniforms (through partnership with Office Specialist) for orientation / new hires.
Manage onboarding process including : Perform final audit of onboarding documents, ensure all documents, where necessary, are set to track as noted in Item 1, before filing, and set up benefits including Cal Savers and Healthiest You.
Assist with paperwork completion as directed.
Manage callout hotline along with providing support to Team Members regarding requirements, coding and recording to ensure policy compliance and notifying impacted area Leader of staffing change.
Manage Nametag loan process
Each Monday print and post schedule in designated areas
Respond to Team Member questions and requests.
Support HR Specialist and Manager as needed.
Other Duties as Assigned
Additional responsibilities as directed.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Must be flexible with work hours based on business needs. Available to work Friday and Saturday and some evenings until 10 pm
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Hardworking, self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who will take ownership and initiative
Understanding of regulatory and policy compliance.
