The Opportunity:
Are you ready to elevate your career with a world-class brand? We’re seeking a driven Restaurant Manager to lead our Front of House (FOH) closing team at Chick-fil-A. This hands-on management position is designed to foster professional growth within a top-tier organization. You will take the lead in driving operational excellence, motivating our team members, and ensuring every guest enjoys a standout experience.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces accountability, and is excited to develop both people and themselves.
Your Impact:
- Direct daily Front of House operations by guiding and supporting a team of 8–15 team members.
- Exhibit a sense of ownership, driving consistent performance and meeting all service-related goals.
- Cultivate a high-energy, positive environment by coaching team members to consistently exceed performance standards.
- Coach and develop Team Leaders and Team Members through regular feedback and accountability.
- Prioritize team development through ongoing training, constructive feedback, and clear accountability.
- Oversee labor productivity, staffing needs, and shift efficiency.
- Coordinate with the broader leadership team to promote operational consistency and synergy.
- Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and guest hospitality.
- Balance strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the flexibility to solve problems in real time.
Qualifications
- 2 years of leadership or management experience
- Available to work evenings and closing shifts
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for serving others and developing people
- Desire to build a long-term career in hospitality
Typical Schedule
- 4–5 closing shifts per week
- Closing shift approximately 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Saturdays required
- Closed every Sunday
This is more than a restaurant management position. You'll receive hands-on leadership coaching from the Owner/Operator, gain experience leading a high-performing team, and develop skills in operations, coaching, financial performance, and people development.
