Operations Director

NOTE: This position is for the new restaurant opening in Marysville, OH. Until the restaurant opens, training would take place at the Hilliard, OH location (1988 Hilliard Rome Rd.)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Director to lead and oversee the overall operational functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of business processes, and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth and efficiency. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's operational success and ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.

Duties

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage senior leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and revenue streams.
• Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and vendor agreements to optimize business opportunities.
• Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve quality standards.
• Manage large-scale projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability throughout the organization.

• Proven management experience in a senior leadership role within a dynamic business environment.
• Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of successful business growth initiatives.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in business development and expanding organizational reach.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Deep understanding of operations management principles and process improvement techniques.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while maintaining focus on organizational objectives.
