Requirements/Responsibilities

At Market of Hilliard, we believe that leaders are those who influence change and set an example of service for our team members. Some specific responsibilities include: - Support excellence in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant - Responsible for leading shift operations, ensuring excellence in flow of business - Oversees team members, following all labor law requirements and conducting disciplinary action, when necessary - Develop other leaders, through coaching, feedback and one-on-one development - Create and maintain Food Safety processes in all areas of the restaurant - Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for Food Quality, cleanliness, and service excellence - Handle machines, equipment and inventory with the utmost integrity and attention to detail - Faithful Stewardship of truck ordering, inventory, FIFO and distributor relationships - Maintain a clean and welcoming kitchen and work environment - Work collaboratively with fellow team members and leaders - Ensure assembly of timely and excellent Catering Orders - Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines - Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership What Are We Looking For? - Exceptional Responsibility and displays ownership - Takes Initiative and Work Efficiently - Positive, enthusiastic attitude in even challenging scenarios - Passion for serving others - Strong ability to communicate clearly and listen carefully - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Reliability and dependability - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed - Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus - Previous shift lead or manager experience is preferred, but not required Benefits Flexible schedule; Paid Vacation time; Referral program; Employee discount; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Vision insurance; Life insurance; Paid training; Mileage reimbursement

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
