You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and hospitality to our guests. The primary responsibility of an Outside Selling Team Member is to consistently interact with guests, ensuring quick, friendly, and accurate service. This position is typically offered as a part-time role with early morning and afternoon hours. While prior experience in customer service, cashiering, or other restaurant roles is preferred, it’s not required. Requirements/Responsibilities
Outside Seller Team Member - Requirements & Responsibilities: Requirements: Must be available to work between the hours of 6:30AM - 2:00PM/3:00PM Must be able to support restaurant operations before or after selling; training is provided Must be at least 18 years old Must possess a valid Driver's License Must be able to pass a background driving check Must have your own car and be available to drive to selling location when needed Ability to lift 25 - 50 lbs We are seeking candidates who demonstrate the following qualities: Consistency and reliability A cheerful and positive attitude A strong sense of teamwork A passion for serving and helping others Candidates should be able to: Smile warmly Maintain eye contact with guests Speak with enthusiasm Build personal connections with guests Additionally, applicants must be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods, including potentially working outdoors for several hours. While prior experience in customer service, cashiering, restaurant crew member, team member, or other part-time restaurant roles is preferred, it is not required.
