Chick-fil-A Hunker Down Hospitality is seeking highly driven, growth-minded leaders with a passion for service and operational excellence to join our Lead D.A.W.G.S. Leadership Initiative.
This program provides an opportunity to work side by side with the Operator and leadership team, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of managing a multi-million-dollar Chick-fil-A franchise. Participants are developed with the goal of pursuing future Chick-fil-A ownership or corporate leadership roles.
In this role, leaders will be challenged through scenarios designed to strengthen business acumen, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness—key qualities of influential servant leaders.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (highly preferred).
- 1–3 years of leadership or management experience.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Compensation & Benefits

REQUIREMENTS
- 45-50 hours of work per week, between the hours of 5:00 am-11:00 pm
- Open Availability (including Fridays & Saturdays)
- In order to start off as a Leader, you will be required to work at least 2 closing shifts per week (1:30-11:00 pm)
- Minimum of 2.5 year commitment needed (most cases are 3 years)
