Role Overview
As a Chick-fil-A Team Member, you’ll provide a remarkable dining experience by serving guests wholeheartedly. Team members are cross-trained in both the FRONT OF HOUSE (guest service, hospitality, and cleanliness), and BACK OF HOUSE (food preparation, and kitchen operations), ensuring we deliver the delicious Chick-fil-A menu with care and quality.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent guest service with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Follow food and safety operational guidelines
• Support fellow team members and leadership as needed
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Move quickly throughout the restaurant
• Ability to handle all Chick-fil-A food products safely
• Minimum Requirements
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Saturday availability preferred
