Requirements/Responsibilities
The responsibility of a Shift Supervisor is to represent the restaurant during their shift, assist in training, and act as a role model for the team. Shift Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the team members on their shift, effectively planning shift positions, and ensuring their shift runs smoothly. We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities: • Minimum availability of 30 hours per week and at least 4 shifts • At least 12 month employment commitment, with opportunities for advancement. • Excellence in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant • Respectful and Immediate response to guest needs • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal • Consistency and Reliability • Encouraging to Team and Positive Attitude • Exhibits and Promotes Teamwork • Passion for Serving and Helping Others Applicants must be able to: • Participate in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant • Respond to guest needs Respectfully and Immediately • Work Quickly and Efficiently • Open and/or Close shifts (key holder) • Count register drawers with accuracy and Integrity • Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines Successful applicants will be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Job opportunities as a Shift Supervisor are generally offered as full time or part time. Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager or assistant manager is preferred, but not required.
