Team Leader

A Team Leader at Chick-fil-A Trailhead is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. The Team Leader is a strategic leadership role tied to a managing a day part (AM/PM) and area (FOH/BOH) and may be asked to be a key holder. In this role, you will help design and implement systems to achieve the goals for the area and daypart you are assigned. In your operations hours, you will be asked to lead shifts or assigned to cover a position and a half and help lead that area. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow, ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. Position Type: Full-time: Typically 5 days and 35+ hours/week; schedule may vary based on business needs. Qualifications and Requirements: Eligible to work in the United States Minimum 18 years old Friday and Saturday availability Open or Close availability at least 4 days a week Ability to attend periodic leadership meetings on Sundays Demonstrated leadership experience Maintain a reliable source of transportation Consistent, reliable, and punctual Cheerful, positive attitude and customer-service oriented Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team environment Ability to open and/or close, potentially serving as a key holder Ability to stand and remain active on your feet for the duration of your shift Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed Willingness to be outside in weather ranging from 30-100 degrees Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis Reasonable accommodations available in accordance with ADA guidelines Most Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
