Team Lead Description: Works together with the other restaurant leaders, overseeing their growth and work, in order to accomplish the Franchise Owner/Operator’s vision for the restaurant. A Team Leader will serve in hospitality and/or kitchen operations, driving sales, profit, and morale while maintaining quality of taste, speed, cleanliness, and an attentive and courteous team. Position yearly earnings is based on hourly wages earned from a 40-60 hour work week. Outcomes: Leads by example Leads the team in their area of the business (Operations, Kitchen, Marketing, Training, Catering, or Hospitality) Partners with the Franchise Owner/Operator Practices cost efficiency for food, condiments, and paper items to ensure a profitable business Ensures customer satisfaction at all times Engages in immediate problem resolution and short-term plans to correct critical issues Drives financial performance and provides feedback to leadership and suggest operational actions required to achieve financial targets Qualities: Smiles Honest Positive attitude Optimistic Speaks loudly and enthusiastically!
