Fostering a positive work culture which retains and attracts talent. Create and execute a plan for success each day. Regularly monitor key business metrics and track results in areas of opportunity. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume business. Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant management; any Chick-fil-A experience preferred.
