Full-time Chick-fil-A Medina 1007 N. Court St. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people with a servant's heart. You must be willing to work hard, be team-oriented, honest, and have great customer skills to work in our Chick-fil-A restaurant. Prior leadership experience is required. Opening Supervisor - General Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Must be available 5:30 am - 4:30 pm, 5 days a week Must be available Friday and Saturday Ability to multi-task with a self-motivated positive attitude Must have a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment Always keeps their team engaged in serving the guest, is a connector of people, and wields their influence to improve performance and morale of the team Monitors the business performance throughout their assigned day Responsible for the restaurant’s condition inside and outside.
