Subdirector

Chick-fil-A Glastonbury is looking for a passionate and experienced Director to lead a seasoned and motivated team. The ideal candidate will develop team members and leaders to meet business goals. That person will also have: Servant hearted leadership Proven track record of success Ability to succeed in high-pressure environments Trustworthy with all aspects of finances and inventory Energetic and able to relate well with team members in the restaurant and particularly the community Have an infectious “can do” attitude which influences the results Responsibilities include but not limited to: Handle Day-to-Day needs of Operations Drive Thru Reporting Drives continuous improvement within our culture and systems Oversees inventory management and month end processes Engages team members in conversations relating to personal and professional growth 35 hours a week spent in operations and 5 hours a week out of operations Requirements Must have nights AND weekend availability Must have 2+ year's experience in a leadership position Must be at least 21 years old Must have a valid Driver's License Must be available on Saturdays Work schedule Weekend availability Monday to Friday Holidays Day shift Night shift 8 hour shift Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Employee discount Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
