Shift Supervisors at Chick-fil-A are responsible for day to day task management of restaurant operations throughout their shift, engaging and solving customer concerns, and the supervision of team member performance. Our Shift Supervisors are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing shift operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service.
