Key Responsibilities: Participate in daily operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant. Respond immediately and respectfully to guest needs. Assist in training new hires and set the tone for each shift. Lead shifts, open/close the restaurant, and act as a key holder. Some leaders will count drawers and finalize daily transactions. Others will lead the kitchen in speed and operational excellence Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
