Chick-fil-A Recruiting Leader Recruiting leaders play a vital role in building and developing a high-performing team. This position is responsible for attracting top talent, interviewing candidates, leading onboarding efforts, and set up team members for long-term success while creating a positive candidate experience. The recruiting leader will work with the Owner and department leaders to identify needs and develop rhythms to sustain staffing levels. Partner with restaurant leadership to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through community outreach and recruiting efforts Review applications, communicate with candidates, and schedule interviews Conduct interviews and assist with hiring decisions Complete onboarding paperwork and ensure compliance requirements are met Lead new hire orientations and support the onboarding experience Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-ups with new team members Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate applicant records Promote Chick-fil-A's culture and values throughout the hiring process Complete required training and adhere to Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and dress code Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: SHOWS UP - Consistent and reliable with a great attendance track record.
