Responsibilities: • Create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. • Deliver signature Chick-fil-A service with a warm smile and enthusiastic communication. • Foster emotional connections with guests to ensure a memorable visit. • Encourage adherence to the restaurant's vision and values among team members. • Execute tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail. • Collaborate with team members effectively to meet goals. • Adhere to Chick-fil-A standards and dress code. • Fulfill any other duties assigned by management. Qualifications: • Consistent and reliable work ethic. • Upbeat and positive attitude. • Genuine desire to serve and assist others. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to work various shifts. • Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing 5-50 lbs regularly. • Comfort with standing for extended periods.
