Role Overview The Operations Coordinator is a key support role responsible for keeping Front-of-House operations running smoothly and efficiently. This position works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure strong systems, clear communication, and consistency across all shifts. By supporting daily operations and team coordination, the Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
