Lead and coach teams during high-volume shifts in both kitchen and hospitality Make real-time decisions to protect and elevate the guest experience Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and accountability Support and execute operational systems that drive consistency and excellence Take ownership of key areas and grow in responsibility over time Who You Are You’re hungry to grow and ready to lead. Salary : $21 - $23
