What You’ll Experience Rotations through: Operations & Hospitality: Master day-to-day leadership in a high-performing restaurant. Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop 15–20 people each shift. Marketing: Plan and execute local campaigns to grow sales and brand reach. Human Resources: Learn recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and performance management. Finance: Analyze budgets, manage labor and food costs, and improve profitability.
