Maintenance Team Member

Overview: The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for performing daily cleaning and repair tasks, completing monthly preventative maintenance, and assisting with additional projects as assigned. This role requires an early-morning schedule, a strong work ethic, and a solid understanding of equipment and basic technical skills. Reports to: Senior Director of Operations Responsibilities: Perform monthly preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment Complete morning cleaning checklists to ensure restaurant readiness Conduct fryer boil-outs and other deep-cleaning procedures Assist with truck deliveries, including unloading and submitting credits Repair equipment as assigned Carry out additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed Hours: 10-20 hours per week Requirements: 6am-10am availability. Ability to lift 50 lb.
