As a Back of House Team Member, you will support the BOH team and ensure each guest receives their food order quickly and accurately and leaves with a smile. Back of House Team Member Responsibilities include but are not limited to… Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently all while meeting Chick-fil-A standards. Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep. Stock kitchen inventory as needed throughout the shift. Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times of day. Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership. Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes and all new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A. Maintain a positive and guest-focused attitude while preparing orders. Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned throughout the shift. Adhere to all Chick-fil-A Forest Drive rules and regulations and Chick-fil-A Forest Drive dress code at all times. Back of House Team Member Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States, 16 years old at time of hire and have a reliable source of transportation. Ability to handle all equipment, navigate shelving both high and low and mobility are required during shifts. Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required as well as working well under pressure.
