About the Role: Prepare all ingredients for cold food item assembly. Assemble all cold menu items such as salads, fruit cups, grilled chicken cool wraps etc Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Follow operational system to ensure adequate amount of prep items are prepared and ensure minimum waste.
