Job description At Chick-fil-A, the Hospitality Director role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, You will get to serve along side many amazing people. You will oversee all Front of House Operations from our Dining room to our Drive Thru. Serving our guests at a high level while leading the Front of House Staff to do the same. You will help coach, train and lead a group of people to execute Hospitality and 2nd mile service in all operations of the front of house. You will be expected to hold accountability for yourself and the entire Staff for policies of the store, Food Safety, Food Quality and Hospitality. Position Type : Full-time and Part-time Our Benefits Include : A fun work environment where you can positively influence others Flexible scheduling with an emphasis on work-life balance (and closed on Sundays) Leadership training and development opportunities Scholarship opportunities Competitive pay and generous meal benefits Hospitality Director Responsibilities: Serve as the face of Chick-fil-A Auburn Gold Rush by providing attentive and courteous service to our valued guests Make Emotional Connections with Guests Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in drive-thru, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that each guest has a memorable, personalized experience Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Work on their feet for several hours at a time Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Maintain a sanitary, safe, and impeccably clean restaurant, observing health and sanitation guidelines by mopping, sweeping floors, removing the trash, cleaning equipment, and keeping the dining room, parking lot and restrooms clean Other duties as assigned Be able to coach on the spot and train team members according to Chick-fil-A Standards Qualifications and Requirements : 3 Years of Leadership Experience Consistency and reliability Cheerful and positive attitude Loves serving and helping others Customer service oriented Strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Able to multi-task Works well independently and in a team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Previous restaurant experience is a plus Must have a reliable source of transportation Must be Self Reliant and take initiative Be able to Set and Track goals for your department Own Numbers and be able to adapt quickly to what is not working Most Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
