Responsibilities: Create a healthy work environment by supporting the team and fostering open communication Lead a team of 15+ leaders with a focus on upholding Chick-fil-A standards Coach leadership team to be goal-oriented and achieve extraordinary results Strategically create result-oriented systems that can be replicated and scaled Create a quarterly business plan and set weekly objectives Set store goals, share results, and celebrate successes Hold team members accountable to all policy standards, providing formal and informal feedback on an ongoing basis and issuing disciplinary action fairly and consistently Ensure proper procedures are followed for order taking, hospitality, speed, and accuracy Communicate effectively with a positive approach to all situations Coordinate open communication with executive leadership and direct reports through scheduled meetings, email, phone calls, and communication platforms Facilitate professional & personal development of staff by identifying staff member goals and how Chick-fil-a fits into their plan.
