We are looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our operations. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing team members, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and ensuring the kitchen runs with excellence, speed, accuracy, and consistency. What does a shift consist of as a Restaurant Manager at Chick-fil-A? A Chick-fil-A restaurant manager is responsible for leading the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring guests receive exceptional service while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Their day typically includes coaching team members, managing shifts, solving operational challenges, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting the development of future leaders. Successful managers balance serving guests, developing people, and driving results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Schedule: This is a leadership position that requires flexibility based on business needs. Availability may include early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays. Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays.
